Burmese Green Tea and Ginger Salad

We will be giving our recipe with a step by step guide for making our Burmese Ginger salad so watch this space……

We also hope one day to be able to offer you the ability to buy authentic Burmese Tea Pots and cups to truly complete the experience but for now there is nothing wrong with tea bags and biscuits as it’s the getting together and talking that’s the most important bit.

    We visited you this year at Glastonbury and last year too, the ginger salad is quite possibly the most awesome salad we’ve ever tasted so would love to know the recipe!! We have just returned home from a wonderful festival and will certainly be spreading the word about Burma to our friends and family.
